PSHP Legislative Committee

The PSHP Legislative Committee is involved in maintaining an understanding of legal issues and their potential effect on health-system practice.  The PSHP Legislative Committee Chair along with the members of the committee will monitor and respond to proposed regulations and legislation that may affect PSHP members, advocate for PSHP members through communication with state and federal legislators and the Board of Pharmacy and provide updates to PSHP members on legislative and regulatory information through email, website and newsletters.
