Bring A Friend Campaign

Membership has its benefits: Participate in PSHP's Bring-a-Friend Membership Campaign and win big...

As a PSHP member, you already know that PSHP is a success story. This is your chance to share the wealth of benefits! Just bring a friend - or six. Here's how:

Recruiter: Every member who participates will be listed in the PSHP Newsletter.  Recruit 10 or more members and receive a lovely, suitable-for-framing certificate too!

Chapter Champ: Bring in the most friends for your chapter, and win free dues for one year, in addition to receiving a certificate and having your name listed in the PSHP newsletter.

Overall Overachiever:  Bring in the most friends in total, for all of PSHP, and win one free registration for the next Annual Assembly, as well as your name on the PSHP website and in the Newsletter, as well as that spiffy certificate we keep talking about.

Here's how to get started:

    1. Download the membership kit
      1. It contains a sample letters, one to a prospective health-system pharmacist member and another to a prospective new practitioner/student member, each of which you can copy and use verbatim or use as a guideline to creating your own personalized letter
      2. a PSHP membership brochure, which spells out the benefits of membership; and
      3. a membership application.
    2. Fill in your name in the space in the upper right-hand portion of the membership application for "Sponsor." You will get credit for each new member who signs up using one of the applications with your name included.
    3. Send the member prospect letter (or your personalized version of it, using your own personal or business stationery) to anyone you believe would be a good candidate for membership. Include a copy of the membership brochure and the membership application.
    4. As an option, you may wish to follow up with a personal phone call or visit to each of your member prospects to encourage them to sign up for PSHP membership. Feel free to use the bulleted list below for your talking points. And remember: You get closer to the grand prize with each member who signs up using one of your applications with your name as the sponsor.

Today's economy calls for strong allies and partners. Surrounding yourself with the best programs and services is not an option. It is a necessity. Since our inception in 1970, PSHP has served the needs of health-system pharmacists. No one understands the needs of our members better. Take full advantage of your membership. And check this page often to see what new benefits are coming your way!
